About me:

I've lived in Manhattan for 12 years and love being part of the energy of this fascinating city.

If you're visiting for the first time and want to hit all the right tourist spots during your stay OR if you've been here before and want to branch out...I can help.

I'm a single professional...laid back, funny & engaging. I enjoy a night out with friends at the theater or a quiet night at home.

Located in New York City, just a couple blocks from one of Manhattan's most reliable subway train, the 1 train, this apartment is close to everywhere you'd want to be in NYC.

I'm a single gay man living in a large, 3 bedroom apartment built in 1915, on the city's Upper (upper) West Side - known as Washington Heights or, sometimes, Sugar Hill.

One bedroom, has a high, full-size, antique metal-framed bed and the second, larger bedroom has Queen-size bed. Both rooms have exposed brick and 10' ceilings.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor - so no flights and flights of stairs to climb after a day of sightseeing. There is a kitchen with a stove, oven and refrigerator (for limited use, depending on the length of your stay). The bathroom is well-lit and clean with a full-size shower/tub. The window is highlighted with handmade, cobalt blue stain glass pieces from Nairobi.

Towels, sheets/linens provided.

A variety of NYC travel books to available for use during your stay and th apartment is equipped with wi-fi.

There is "unofficial" roof top access, with an amazing view of the expansive Manhattan skyline, the landmark George Washington Bridge and the Hudson River.,
Located uptown, on the West side of Manhattan. 25 minutes from Times Square/Hell's Kitchen/Chelsea.

The apartment is non-smoking
(again, the apartment is on the 1st floor and there is roof top both convenient for Smokers)
