Well, what can we say? From the initial booking Mark & Stoph were amazing. We arrived easily at their house with the instructions given to us & were greeted on arrival. They both made us feel so welcome & it soon felt like home. There was everything

Mark and Stoph are very kind hosts. You can enjoy the view of Manhattan 's skyscraper in your room. There are many shops and restaurants near there, and close to subway stations. So it is very convenient location. I recommend to stay here!!!!

Our apartment is on the fifth floor of an elevator building in leafy, Brownstone-clad Park Slope, Brooklyn. Due to how high up we are in the building, it sports a beautiful view of NYC. It's quite safe in our opinion and is within spitting distance of dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes and the F, G and R train lines (10-15 minutes from Downtown Manhattan), several gyms and a post office. It's about 3 blocks from Prospect Park and an easy walk to the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) which hosts international cutting edge performances, the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanical Garden, the Brooklyn Public Library and other great neighborhoods. The huge, accessible roof has a sweeping view of Manhattan (from the tip of downtown to the Chrysler Building) and Brooklyn skylines, the Statue of Liberty/NY Harbor and the Manhattan, Williamsburg and Verrazano Bridges.
The room itself occupies the former dining area of this apartment. It has been completely "curtained off" with fabric that both gives you privacy but lets light enter your room. Within the room there is a fold out futon, a dresser, lamp, small table, chair and half of a full size closet. The kitchen and bathroom are just steps away and there is a large living room with lots of natural light. If you are an animal lover, you're in luck--there is a very sweet kitty-in-residence! He has the run of the house during the day but at night he sleeps in our room unless you request to have him snuggle...
The address is:

The F, G, and R ("4th Avenue and 9th Street" Station) and the F & G ("7th Avenue" Station) Trains all have stops just blocks away...
