My apartment is a modern and close to the centre of Elche. I have 2 letting rooms available, both doubles. Both have ceiling fans and plenty of storage. 1 of the rooms is air conditioned (supplement of €5 per night). The apartment is spacious and has a small balcony.
Breakfast is basic and of a continental style to include hot drinks, juice, cereals, bread and preserves. Mi piso es moderno y se ubica cerca al centro de Elche. Tengo dos dormitorios para alquiler, ambos dobles. Ambos dos tienen ventiladores y bastante almacenaje. 1 dormitorio tiene aire acondicionado y un suplemento de 5 euros cada noche. El piso es bastante grande y tiene un balcón pequeño. El desayuno es de stilo continental y incluye bebidas calientes, zumo, cereales, pan y mermeladas. Location

The property is on the 6th floor of the block and no lift is available.
Payment in cash on arrival please. Smoking only permitted on balcony with door closed. This room is not air conditioned but does have a ceiling fan. El piso está en la sexta planta y no hay ascensor. Se paga en efectivo desde la llagada. Se puede fumar por el balcón solo. Este dormitorio no tiene aire acondicionado pero tiene ventilador. |
