Interaction with Guests

We will help in any way we can to make your stay as special and pleasant as possible. Just ask. Parking can be arranged within walking distance to the apartment at extra cost if needed, but we need advance notice. We speak English, understand and speak a little Dutch, as well as Spanish.

The Neighborhood

Castellon is as much fun as you want it to be. In summer there are numerous international music festivals, the "love" beach and the famous tascas (a row of bars where the city meet every night). It is very centrally located, with Valencia, Peniscola and many more beautiful towns just around the corner. It has its own beaches as well as the lovely Benicassim close by.
At the end of February, the great Magdalena festival will keep you entertained (and probably drunk) for an entire week. Wide selection of shops, galleries, restaurants and night clubs. Be sure to visit the Teatro Principal for local and national theater.
Getting Around

Castellon is not very big, so it is possible to walk to most places. It has an excellent tram and bus service. Taxis are easy to find and very affordable. The train station is relatively close and is connected to all destinations. There is a newly opened airport.
