I had a very pleasant stay for 3 days. Massimo and Antonio are congenial hosts--friendly, considerate, and helpful. The accommodations in an interesting and historic building are excellent, and the location is convenient to metro and to historic center. My bedroom was large, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The photography throughout the apartment adds an interesting and original touch. I highly recommend this place for quality, price, security, and comfort. It was a pleasure to stay there, and I would certainly go back.

We had a wonderful stay here at PrimoPiano. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good as well as our hosts, who were very helpful. Being in such an acient building makes you temporarirly part of the hstory of the city.

Antonio and Massimo were the most wonderful hosts during my stay in Napoli. My luggage was delayed and they gave me the basics to help me get by until I got my luggage. I happened to be there during Christmas and they were so nice to invite me over to share a holiday meal with their family. I was so touch by their generosity and their genuine attention.

Their home is situated in this great 1500's building that used to be at one point a Ministry of the Treasury if I am not mistaken. The crests are still at the entrance. The staircases and the actual home transport you to a different era. However, it is the art gallery setting that makes the entire charm modern including in the rooms. The place is very clean and quiet.

As far as the location is very close to everything. Many gay places around if you are looking for this in your visit. It is walking distance from the rail station and the museum of anthropology. It is fairly close to everything and it is very safe at all times.

While I visited Rome, Venice and Florence; this was by far my best Italian experience. I was able to get to know friendly genuine people; most through Massimo and Antonio. (If you are lucky... you may just find yourself in an unexpected dinner party among friendly people)

As hosts they will give you the ins and outs of the city, where to go, what to explore, what you must see and any cautions you should take.

I highly recommend you stay at this lovely B&B. I know that I have forged lifetime friendships with Antonio and Massimo, and I know that I will be back soon.

The B&B, on the first floor of an old palazzo, is centrally located, a 10 min (brisk) walk to the duomo and slightly longer to Spaccanapoli, and 5 min from the nearest underground station.
The room (quirkily decorated: a piece of art itself) is very spacious, and the hosts are friendly and very helpful.

My partner and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. this was a great choice and Antonio and Massimo are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful.

The building is steeped in history, comfortable and very central, five minutes walk to gay bars and the old town, The Room we stayed in is very stylish and chic and the apartament is also an art gallery!

Breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat and very relaxed.

Thanks Guys!

Napoli itself was an unexpected delight so fantastic for exploring Italy, the food was fantastic the people were friendly (and beautiful) and the culture is amazing!

If you go - stay here!

Massimo made us really welcome and was a great host. The apartment is really well located and only a 15 minute walk to the main centre.
It's a quirky apartment with everything you need and we were very comfortable there for 5 nights. The toilet is outside of the apartment but is just yours and is literally opposite the bedroom/apartment door.
Definitely recommend staying here when in Naples, which is a great city to visit.

Massimo and Antonio were just the perfect hosts in a wonderful 17th Century building where the B&B is located! The room was great and spacious...and let us not forget the delicious breakfast. If you want to visit the exiting city of Napels, you've found your place to stay! Joost and Thijs
