Angelos is a very kind host and he makes you feeling at home as his friend Sakis. The house has an old and attractive style. The bedroom is large and comfortable, as in the picture. Maybe the street is a bit noisy keeping the window open, however there is a ceiling fan. Around the house there are restaurants with good food. Thank you.

Angelos is a really nice man ... Friendly, supportive and will do anything to help your visit! We went for dinner together on night one and shared pizza on the last night! The house is in the middle of redecor and so is not for the faint hearted or precious. I walked everywhere from here and particularly easy to gay scene. Love Athens but clearly it is struggling financially and the rich/ poor gap is obvious. I would stay here again and feel I made a friend.

we had a nice time at Angelo's... he waited for us arriving late in Piraeus and made our life easy giving us advices about our visits in Athens ! We wish him plenty of visitors !
His apartment is wide and large! It stays not far away from different interesting places in Athens and every visit may be done walking...

Great old historic home with lots of character in Central Athens. It's had some renovations and continues to have great potential. The house is between two major metro stops with easy access to all points of interest.

Angelos is a very nice guy and will provide you with any information you'd like to know about the city, attractions, and gay areas. The rooms are shown as pictured but with clutter. Decluttering would make the home much more comfortable and pleasant.

The apartment is conveniently located next to Victoria station, so that you can arrive by metro from the airport and reach easily all city sights. The host is very friendly and will always help you with lots of tips and ideas for your holidays, I would certainly come back when returning to Athens!

Such a beautiful home and great hosts! The boys were more than helpful with local knowledge and the history of Athens. It was more like staying with family rather than a room you rented while on vacation. Definitely recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It's a beautiful building w character, very spacious and nice light. The room has all the essentials, very comfortable and clean. It is nicely located, very easy to get to all parts of Athens by walking or short subway/cab ride. Angelos was a great resource providing lots of assistance w how to get around, where to go and such. Overall very highly recommend.

Being German I have to admit that I was a bit afraid to go to Athens right now as Angela Merkel is one of the most hated persons there. Fortunately, Angelos provided me a very warm welcome with coffee and tea. Actually, he was a very charming host and we had a long chat. He showed me around his stunning old town house, which used to be a Polish school. I just loved the spacious rooms with high ceilings and beautiful pinewood floors. Well, there is still some restauration to be done but nonetheless its a house with charm and a long history. All the famous sights had been easily reachable on foot and when I came back from my exhausting city walks always a nice cup of coffee awaited me. Angelos, thank you very much for your great hospitality and I truly hope that there will be better times for the Greek people soon. You really deserve it!

Best regards,
Dietmar
