This is a cozy apartment on the 8th floor of a brand new building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the city and a hammock where you can enjoy a lazy afternoon havinag a beer, a glass of wine or sipping a cup of coffee. It's only a 3-minute-walk from Alto do Ipiranga subway station and 30 minutes or less by subway to Sao Paulo's major attractions such as: Paulista Avenue(15min), Ibirapuera Park(35min), Aclimacao Park(20min), Ipiranga Museum and Gardens(15min), Masp Museum(20min) and the Old City Center(30min). The building was finished in mid September 2013 and offers amenities such as swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, sport court, game room, etc. In addition, the neighborhood is safe and very pleasant with supermarkets, restaurants and many stores nearby. Interestingly, this is the very same place where Brazil's independence was declared and, therefore, it is of great historical importance. If time allows, I will be glad to show guests around so that they can easily find anything they may need.
PS: This is a one bedroom apartment. That means that during your stay I will be sleeping in the living room. However, if you are booking for 3 people or in I would leave the apartment for you with no additional costs (apart from that already agreed upon on the booking for 3 people).
Located 150 meters from Alto do Ipiranga subway station (green line). I may be able to pick you up at the station if you arrive on a weekend.
