A lovely, upstairs flat with delightful city views. The flat is spacious with a good kitchen and bathroom and views from every room.It is in a great location with easy access to the City, St Kilda, Chapel Street cafes, bars and clubs, with many easy and convenient transport options. An extensive range of shopping/food/coffee choices are within easy strolling distance - I am continually discovering new ones!

The area is a charming, residential area with an eclectic mix of stylish period housing and contemporary architecture. If you like wandering the backstreets, there are many possibilities that can link you to Windsor/South Yarra or Balaclava/East St Kilda and more.

A short, side-street walk leads to the atmospheric Armadale station arcade and cafes then through to High Street which offers a huge range of food/coffee choices and speciality shops - art, fashion, antiques etc. Glenferrie Road is also close by, with an extensive variety of eating choices, supermarkets, book and gift shops for browsing - Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian, Lebanese, Italian and modern cuisine are all available.
There are trams right outside, on Dandenong and Wattletree Roads running to and from the city (15-25 mins). Easily connect with trams to St Kilda and Chapel St for East St Kilda, Prahran, Sth Yarra and Richmond. It's a lovely, short walk to Armadale station for trains to the city and further afield.
Important information
This is a secure, quiet residential block where you can rest and relax after a busy day. If you are looking to party or come and go at all hours then this is NOT the place for you. There is a little bit of traffic noise from time to time. The flat is on the 3rd floor. There are no lifts in the building. The style of the decor is simple, minimal and modernist, privileging the space and the views. Check in - check out flexible.
