The studio was spacious, very comfortable and only a short walk to the city centre. Mauro, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Very good value for a short, or longer stay in Florence. I will definitely be back!

I'm a friendly gay host. My guest flat is a 26 sqm one room apartment located on the ground floor. It has private bath, kitchen and a king size double bed.
It is only 5 minutes walking from "Santa Maria Novella" Florence central railway Station, Gay Sauna, Opera theater and Pitti exposition center; 10 minutes walking from the historical center of Florence; 20 minutes walking from Florence gay area, where discos and bars are. Free access to TV and WI-FI. In front of the apartment there is a 9 lines Bus stop in all directions. I speak Italian, English and French.
