What is Response rate?

We do not want to hold up the guest's travel plans therefore we allow up to 24 hours for hosts to respond to booking enquires, however most respond within just a few hours.

By showing response rates we allows customers to gain an insight into:

  1. How long it may take to receive a reply to a booking enquiry
  2. Whether the host's availability calendars is usually up-to-date

What do the scores reflect?

Excellent - The calendar is always kept up-to-date and the host always responds quickly to booking enquiries
Good
-  The calendar is usually up-to-date and the host usually respond quickly to booking enquires
Fair -  The calendar is sometimes up to date and the host sometimes takes longer to reply to booking enquiries
Poor
-  The calendar is usually not up-to-date and it may take the maximum 36 hours to receive a reply to a booking enquiry.

What it is not!

Scores do not reflect the quality of the host’s property, for example, a host may have a poor response rate but a truly wonderful property.
