Very clean and tidy double bedrooms in modernised, fully centrally heated 1930’s bungalow. Furnished to a high standard.
Comfortable Double bedroom with plenty of space in a double sliding door mirrored wardrobe. Additional bedding and towels provided.
Bathroom is shared with owners and other guests.
Both rooms have a TV with free view, and DVD player.
Guests are welcome to make use of the garden, conservatory, dinning room and fully furnished kitchen.
A toast/cereal/continental breakfast is available. Full English is also available at an additional charge.
Free tea and coffee available in the kitchen area as you want it.
Longer stays are welcome but needs to be discussed, as reduced rates are applicable.
Wi/fi Internet access available.
Washing machine is available.

Located near the coast in East Anglia and 1 hours drive from Stanstead airport. The property is located on the east side of the town in a quite area with good public transport. Property is 2 minutes away from nearest bus stop.
Easy access to London, by car or by rail, which is about 1 hour away.
An excellent base for exploring the east of England.

Please be aware there are 2 cats in the property, in case of allergies.
No pets.
Sorry the property is non-smoking but Smoking is allowed in the garden.
There is parking available for both rooms.
Payment on arrival in cash.
