Gay guest room in houseSmall room to rent to guests, in Peacehaven, East Sussex. Temporary tenants welcome (4-5 weeks)
Overview
The area benefits from a very good bus service to and from Brighton/Eastbourne, but there is no train station in Peacehaven.
For some temporary guests, some form if ID may be needed and handed back to you at the end of your stay for security reasons If you need a stop gap for any reason it doesn’t hurt to get in touch with more info about you. But please ensure you have read this ad in full. Also there are two cats here so it helps not to be allergic ;p Advance booking advised Location
My house is 20 mins from Brighton. Nearest airport is Gatwick, followed by a train to Brighton. I may be able to arrange to collect you.
Important information
For those on a longer stay and maybe looking to rent for longer, the larger room may suitable for a working person/works away a lot. Smokers are welcome but only downstairs and in the garden. The house is based between Lewes and Eastbourne. The bus routes are all very good to all areas. All references/In case of emergency person are essential. Your booking information
