The apartment is light and airy on the third floor and looks out over the rooftops. The bay window is an ideal place where you can while away many an hour people-watching as the world goes by beneath you .

The open plan living area is well equipped with kitchen, dining table in bay window, on the other side is a bed-sofa which can sleep two comfortably. TV/DVD and a Hi-Fi system and free wireless broadband throughout the apartment.

The bedroom has a south-facing window looking out over the rooftops to the sea. It has good sized double bed with a wardrobe and a black out blind for those that need a lie in.

The flat is on the third floor and unfortunately there is no lift so this property is not suitable for everyone. Free parking is 10 mins walk away.

It's only a few minutes to the pier & the beach, the bars & clubs, theatres & Pavilion, views of the Steine (central park) and a glimpse of the sea.

Apartment ready from 3pm. Check out 10.30am. Late check out can be arranged in advance (£30 charge). Deposit of £100 required to secure booking, balance due 4 weeks in advance. Full refund if cancelled 28 days in advance, refund minus deposit if cancelled less than 28 days in advance. No smoking.
