Overview
The apartment is renovated. The bright laminate flooring and new furniture give it a friendly atmosphere. The meditteranen style bedroom has a large wardrobe and a 160x200 cm bed.
The large living area acts by the large front window and the south-west oriented terrace very friendly and bright, in the living room are 2 sofas (not convertible in beds) with a table, satellite TV, DVD player and a stereo. In the living area is fully equipped kitchen. Besides crockery and cutlery, there is a stove, a new fridge / freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine, kettle and microwave. At the bar with 3 stools can be leisurely breakfast and others. On the terrace, you can enjoy, with a view of the mountains, Meloneras and beautiful sunsets. Location
The apartment is located only 2.5 km from Faro Maspalomas and the centre of Playa del Inglés. The airport is 33.4 km away and very well through the GC-1 highway to reach.
