Overview
It’s on the 5th floor of an unspoilt 19thC building at the top of a shabby staircase and from the roof
you have top views across the town. The studio itself is bright and sunny with a beamed ceiling, shower room, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and a 160x200cm bed. The decoration is in a contemporary style, keeping many of the original features of an "attico" but adding modern conveniences such as the powerful shower. Well chosen furniture help to create a great base from which to explore this fascinating neighbourhood. The location is excellent – just off the Placa Santa Maria del Mar. You are surrounded by alleyways that are filled with boutiques, wine merchants and tapas bars and restaurants. The Parc de la Ciutadella and The Picasso Museum. Location
