Room was a great size and very central and within walking distance to everywhere I needed or wanted to go. Marco was a nice host and went out of his way to assist me with directions or booking a taxi. He does a great massage too!

It was nice to stay at your appartment for Bed & Breakfast. It's located in the middle of the city and very close to the gay-centre. The appartment and the bathroom were very clean. You, as our host, are an eye-candy and very easy going.

Overview
Smart room in a smart apartment! Located on the favoured calle Enrique Granados, just a few minutes walk from the gay area. It's a big double room, 25m2, and comes with a private en-suite bathroom. Also includes DVD player, mini hifi system and wifi internet and a really comfortable bed! There is no noise from the street so you will have no problems sleeping at night!
I charge 50€ per night for a single person or 80€ per night for a couple in the low season. Payment is required upon arrival. I also ask for a 100€ deposit which is refundable.
