Very bright double room in traditional Barcelona character 4th floor apartment, located 10 mins walk from the bars of the Gayxample.
The spacious private bedroom with balcony has the original floor tiles & the high ceilings, typical for the period buildings in this downtown area. One professional person living in the apartment, with large shared bathroom. Towels & bedding are provided. The location is ideal for discovering the city on foot, by bus (direct line to the shops & the beaches) and metro, with all local amenities close by including a bakery downstairs!!! The Fira exhibition centre is near for those coming for work. Only one double room available, so privacy assured. Info on tourism, restaurants, nightlife etc available. New listing Location
