Typically spanish architect builing with elevator from 1880 -recently renovated - in a quiet and safe area in the heart of Barcelona.
Big & lovely room 35sqm on third floor with funitured balcony with 2 bedsetties upto 3 persons, diningarea with big table & six chairs, the room can be locked. Private toilet with shower and access to kicthen. In the flat lives 2 more guests + the owner = nice, openminded and quiet people. We always meet up with a nice welcoming with cava (spanish champagne,)useful information, maps etc. Price: 45 EUR/night = 1 person. 70 EUR/night = 2 persons. Additional person 30 EUR/person. The area is really nice and quiet and we want to keep it like that - so no heavy parties or extra guests are allowed into the flat.
