Overview
Authentically restored Tuscan farmhouse in center of Chianti Classico region of Italy. We are a gay couple from Los Angeles. Our home, a 450 year old property on dozens of secluded acres, has been restored by us over the past four years. The property is set amidst all of the most beautiful Tuscan Hill Towns such as Montalcino and Castellina-in-Chianti.
Available for guests: A large upper bedroom with queen-size bed overlooking Sangiovese vineyards and our own olive groves. A second smaller single bedroom with private entrance and terrace. Both room share private bath with jacuzzi tub. The main level contains the kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The lower floor is the owner's bedroom and living quarters. Location
Castelnuovo Berardenga is located between Chianti Classico and "crete senesi" (the typical southern Siena landscape).
Castelnuovo village stands on a pleasant hill, bordered by Ombrone and Malena streams, at the crossroads of the ancient roads coming from Siena, High Arno Valley and Chiana Valley. Nearby: San Gusmè, Gaiole in Chianti, Chianti area Distances: Siena 19 Km - Florence 85 Km - Pisa 133 Km - Arezzo 45 Km Rome can be reached by car in just over two hours, and Florence in about an hour.
