The house as a cozy and sunny terrace with beautiful view on the roofs of Roma, a bedroom with double bed and additional double bed (queen size) in a nice lofted area in the same room, a living room with sofabed with 2 additional separate pull out beds and a Veranda that face the terrace, with a dining table and well-equipped separate kitchen. 
The bathroom has a big shower with seat. 

We supply breakfast at your arrival (milk, soy milk, coffee, tea, cereals, rusks, jams, fresh fruit, orange juice) and of course fresh linen and towels.
Perfect for a romantic 2 people staying as well as for friends trip. 

Situated on the top floor of the building (5th floor with elevator) is well located, offering all comforts and privacy in a very alive area

San Lorenzo is an old and characteristic neighbourhood in Rome, 15 minute walk from the main train station and all tourist spots in the city.

Pets are welcomed, as well as smokers (there's a nice terrace in which you can enjoy your smoking).
The payment had to be done in cash at the arrival for its total amount.
There's no fixed check in or check out time, but if it's before 11am or after 9pm we should make a specific agreement.
