Accommodation comprises entrance hall in the living room with corner sofa and flat TV, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub.Free parking nearby.
The apartment is located a few miles from the airport, 15 minutes walk from the beaches and the Adventure Park, 50 mt from the bus terminus c/o railway station, 30 minutes from the city centre, old town, Aquarium and museums, all reachable by boat, train or bus.
The price includes use of all services of the House:

On request and subject to agreement by evaluating paid extra services such as:
-transfer service to and from the airport, port, railway station, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet accompaniment and guide c/or attractions and riviera
-private dinner with personalized menus on request.

Please note that the apartment is experienced by the host who would leave free upon reservation, the cat, if he is not acceptable, it must be said at the time of booking. Prior notice and in accordance with the operator reserves the right to access to the minimum time necessary.
The eventual one extra person can be accomodated on the sofa only paying an extra charge of 20 €
The check in and check out times will be valued at the time of booking acordingly with guests' needs.

From the train Station Genova Brignole/Principe-take a local train direction Savona-Ventimiglia and stop to Genova Pegli, then take the bus number 190 in front of the train station Genova Pegli and stop near the street Scarpanto.

It's not required any security deposit, but it is hoped an appropriate sense of decency ,respecting properties , things and people.
