Whole apartmentNewly renovated one bedroom and new bathroom in quiet neighborhood in Munich. 15 minutes from gay areas and culture.
Overview
Very quiet apt in quiet exclusive neighborhood minutes away from famous Bavaria Film Studios in Gruenwald. Forest is right across the street where the stop is to the trams Nr. 15 and 25. Fifteen minute subway ride to center of city (Marienplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Oktoberfest). The Isar river is also close by which is perfect for long walks or bike rides.
The Apartment is completely new. Separate entrance with key leads into nice entry way. Bedroom is with 140cm/200cm bed which sleeps two. Private bathroom with shower. In the summer months there is the possibility of sitting outside in my private garden. Breakfast can be accommodated for an extra 6 Euros per person if requested. Location
Property is situated 15-20 minutes from center of town. Tram stop is right across the street from house and is located in green residential area. Important information
The property is non smoking. Pets are ok. Payment is on arrival and in cash. Check-out time is 12.00. Everything was newly renovated. Your booking information
