Our home is set in a large sunny, private, flat and landscaped garden. The house is divided into two private and self-contained areas. At the front of the house is the entrance to a one-bedroom gite with kitchen, shower, toilet, lounge area and a spacious double bedroom. To the side of the house are steps to the first floor with two double bedrooms, a sitting room, spacious kitchen/diner, hallway toilet and shower.

Each of the main first floor rooms have excellent views over the village or into the garden with its many trees and shrubs such as olive, mimosa, cherry, roses, bamboo, pear and almond. All parts of the garden get the sun every day it shines with many places to relax as the mood takes you.

Our very pleasant and unusual home is in a very quiet and cared for neighbourhood close to the centre of the village within minutes of the station for the Beziers-Millau railway and very close to countryside walks. Regular buses also link Magalas to Beziers and Bedarieux. The house is well conserved, equipped and decorated to a high standard and has its original features, gas central heating and garage.

Magalas is located centrally in Herault with easy access to many pleasant sights, historic towns and cities. The historical cities of Carcassonne, Perpignan, Montpellier are within 1 hour, the Carmargue, Pyrenees and Nimes are less than a 2 hour drive and in 3 hours you can be in Andorra, Barcelona, Orange or Avignon.

Children and pets are welcome. Pool safety conditions must be adherred to.

This is a non-smoking property but you can smoke in the garden.

A 50% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 28 days in advance of your arrival.
